Offshore Personnel Baskets

Safe Transfer, as the name suggests, is a leader in the global market for personnel transfer baskets. The basket’s construction features a top and bottom ring linked by a rigid metal frame and netting, providing protection against harsh side impacts in case of an accident.

The rings are equipped with floats for buoyancy and feature cushion riders for a smooth landing, ensuring a safe and comfortable transfer for personnel.

At Safe Transfer, we offer 5 different types of baskets. The 4-person basket, and the 8-person basket – are both offered in an arctic version, and last but not least the 4-person NORSOK approved offshore personnel baskets.

Offshore Personnel Transfer

The offshore personnel baskets are the rigid and floatable structures for the transport of max 4 or 8 persons – depending on the version of personnel baskets – by using an extern lifting device such as an ac crane or similar machines.

The basket is designed to float when immersed in water.
